We could not be happier with Kensington elementary. The school is small enough that it feels like all the teachers know all the kids, regardless of grade. The kids all know each other too, and they are such a great, caring community together. The curriculum is well rounded, and they always seem to be trying new thing in order to teach the kids even better. No one slips through the cracks, and the special ed department is fantastic Amazing parents constantly contribute after school programs, and a completely unparalleled phys ed teacher in Mrs Spinosa, who all year has before school programs as well as some of the most inventive games for gym I have ever heard of We feel so lucky to have our children attend this excellent school
We moved here hoping to improve our childrens education. We couldn't have a found a better school. Our children are excelling because of the caring faculty and wonderful curriculum. There is also a good balance of before and after school activities offered here, we love KES!
