Want to improve this school’s profile? You can!

All schools on GreatSchools begin with BASIC completeness, which includes important information like contact details and test scores. It’s up to the school community to take the next steps. As a parent or community member, you can share what you know with other families by writing a review or answering a few questions about what the school offers. As a school leader, you can upload photos, describe school programs, and more with an Official school profile.

The completeness meter moves to INTERMEDIATE, then ADVANCED, and finally HONOR ROLL as you complete the following: 10 or more reviews, at least 1 photo, and 9 program questions parents find helpful.

By far the best school that I could ever ask for my sons to go! I don't think I have ever seen such wonderful and dedicated group of teachers in one school. So far, we have not come across a teacher or any staff person that does not truly care about our kids. Every single person that works there is wonderful and I am so deeply thankful for what RMS has done for my children!

RMS is Incredible! There is not one thing about the school, staff, or kids that I do not like. John Stone is an amazing leader! My three children all adored and respected him. We as a community are very fortunate to have such a place to educated our children. I love RMS and all that make it such an amazing school:)

Rindge Memorial is a small town school where all of my children have been able to attend with their cousins and develop close relationships. It is an opportunity I did not have growing up in Detroit. I would love to see that Rindge Memorial is able to have all of the advantages of the schools in larger towns so the children may have the ability to go out into the world as leaders and achievers!

This truly is a school that puts children and their best interests first! The staff are motivated and dedicated to making RMS the best it can be. There is a 'family' atmosphere here and it is obvious when you enter the school and walk through its hallways. It's a great place to be!

All of my children have spent some or all of their elementary school years at RMS. They have received a great formative education there and the teachers and administrator are committed to their job, the school and the students. I give RMS an A+.

This school has some of the best memories attached to it of my life so far. The amazing teachers and staff at this school make it so great. Everyone makes you feel welcome and there is always someone to offer a smile and help. I love RMS I would not trade that time for anything. In the world.

RMS has the best staff anyone could ask for, teachers who are contributing to your success as a student and allow for your growth as a person. RMS is also a key part of our community and town and its facilities and building are used for activities that have nothing to do with the school. I love RMS!

I attended this school and here learned good values and to think for myself. Also girls were allowed to play on the softball team even tho other schools laughed at us -until the girls hit homeruns!

Principal John Stone was NH Principal of the Year last year and also was part of the Class of 2009 National Distinguished Principals. Mr. Stone had help from his teachers, administrators and assistants all, in my opinion, also deserving acclaim. Progress is measured from the top down and the bottom up. In John's case he has created possibility for sustainability by enlisting the parents and students as equal partners in his success.

We are so lucky to have our son going to Rindge Memorial. He was a very active child and they worked very hard with us to help him become a really great student. I don't think that he would have done nearly as well at any other school. Principal Stone and Walt Schnabel have been excellent. It's no wonder that they have been elected Principal and Teacher of the year. Thank You.

Rindge Memorial School provides excellent support for children with Autism and other learning disabilities. The school principal, John Stone, was recognized with a national award for his work at RMS. Rindge is a small community that has been suffering from the economic distress of the last few years. In 2007, approximately 20% of the students qualified for reduced or low cost meals...by 2009, over 30% of the students qualify.

Because of the NH Principal of the Year. Mr. John Stone. There are many clubs for the children to join to keep them social and give them a sense of community. The teachers are wonderful and care for each student. It is a warm and caring public school that produces results!

All 3 of my granddaughters have gone or are presently in Rindge Memorial. They have gotten an excellent education of the 3 R's, and have been introduced to music, dance, acting. Principal Stone and all the teachers I have met have all shown great interest in the children in there care.

Rindge Memorial School is all about 'Being the Best' 'Whatever it takes, our kids are worth it'. Principal Mr. John J. Stone was NH Principal of the Year in 2009. An honor completely deserved. Mr. Stone works closely with the staff, parents, volunteers and students on a daily bases. The school offers many after school programs for the students including but not limited to art club, band, math, sports, theater, karate, boy and girl scounts. The school participates in the Power of the Penny and helps raise money for different causes. Each month the school accepts donations for the local food pantry. Parents volunteer on a daily bases helping in the classroom, at home projects, baking for misc functions, decorating the school, fundraising, etc., etc. Everyone works together to make the school run smoothly.

My child attended and enjoyed Kindergarten at RMS when it was still half-day. This year (03-04) they did not offer the half-day option, and I don't believe that is right - they should have put that to a vote by the townspeople; I have met plenty of parents who would have preferred it. Also, my family has never been as sick as that year, with completely weird viruses - since then, we have decided to homeschool and are having a much better school year. Pros of RMS: the teachers we met were kind and caring, the principal is a nice guy who cares about kids. Cons: School fundraisers (even for K'garten), trying to get parents involved, school not the cleanest.
