Concerning BGA, the first thought that comes to mind is its strong community. It is an environment where the faculty, students, parents, alumni and other supporters collaborate to create a well-balanced and structured learning and personal growth experience. As is the case with my familiy, it is not uncommon for a BGA student to have a parent, sibling or other close relative that graduated from BGA. To me, that is truly a testiment to the quality of the school. My observation is that BGA students are well rounded, focused, polite and conscientious. The school strikes the appropriate balance of being academically challenging, while actively encouraging that students participate is the numerous sports and co-cirrcular activities offered. From sports to the arts and other interests, there are a wide variety an activities for students to participate in. BGA has a long history of providing an ideal high school experience for its students. Without hestitation, I would recommend BGA to prospective students and their parents.
Bishop Ahr, is a terrific school! I come home everyday and wish hat the school day was longer. BGA is challenging with the courses, but its very rewarding and will pay off in the long run. I have not had one bad day yet, and I hope that it continues this way throughout my years at BGA. I am so happy and honored to be a student here and im so happy that I can call BGA my school!
This school reaches to students from all different levels. It's academics are challenging and rewarding. They have many extracurricular activities to keep yourself entertained as well as to make new friends. The sports are also an important part of the daily BGA community. It's perfect for preparing you for college with guidance helping you every step of the way and you feel like your part of a family. Four years in this school is enough to create memories for a lifetime.
Wonderful high school stressing academics versus sports. A great school environment providing wonderful music, sports and activities throughout the school year with the help of very involved parents and faculty.
The school concentrates on building a strong student: acedemically, atheletically, socially and ethically. It is a family community environment that offers vast activities across the board.
Bishop Ahr HS is an excellent academic school. The academic competition is evident. The Athletic programs all strive to be top notch as well. The enviornment as Bishop Ahr promotes ethics, effort and God.
Outstanding school. Excellent academic programs, Parent connect program so you can check your childs grades every week online. New wing just completed. Uniforms are great. Nice school
Curriculum is very good but some teachers aren't as helpful as they should be.
This school really had a sense of family. They maintained a diverse group and it was a really enjoyable experience. They have a way of being so focused that by the time your child enters college... it's a breeze!
We have been so happy with the quality of the education here, the caring staff, and the moral, ethical and religious values. Our girls were very well prepared for college. We expect our other two children, a senior and freshman, to have the same great opportunity as well.
