i'm a former student who attended university middle and the principal is dedicated to making sure we suceed. i was in the honors class and he always checked on us
Teachers work very hard to help students succeed. Environment is very challenging and not easy to be successful because of the discipline problems of many of the students, but with proper parental responsibility, support and great determination, success IS possible.
This school is pretty good. They need to work on the students math and reading scores. The math books they had for 7 and 8th grad are very confusing even for the parents. Saftey is excellent in the school, outside of school and a little further down is an issue. Teachers are excellent. Some of them really work with the students. Great afterschool programs.
