South Plainfield High School

Good school as far as choices for sports and clubs, and the availability of teachers to provide extra help to students before and after school. However, there is an apparent lack of attempts on the part of the school to forge good relationships with parents who are new to the town and/or minorities. Another downside is the school's touch disciplinary tactics which are unfairly harsh at times. My kids also complain about poor school spirit. And the school could do more to prepare students for college, i.e. field trips to colleges and universities.

I think some of teachers don't care about the student unless they are a straight 'A' student. I don't like the school much but it is my opinion. I think South Plainfield has great elementary schools only.

South Plainfield high school is a very good school. There is one area that I feel they fail horribly in, this is its relationship with the minority students in the school and their parents.

As a student at South Plainfield High School I am very proud of the School. It is a great place for education,activites, arts, and sports. The teachers really care about the students and their grades in the class. There are many things to be part of at the school. According to me, I feel it is a great place to put ur kid for some quality education. I was a student there for three years, and I moved from a different country. But I felt the quality of education, and the staff is just incredible.
