This school is the most pathertic excuse for a school ive seen.My kids go there and they are picked on and bullied by the students. The kids there are way out of control. My kids tell me that only two months into the school year they have had atleast 20 to 25 fight between kids. They try to pick fights with my daughter all the time. My daughter is in the 11th grade and she even had a 8th grader try to pick a fight with her because she was standing up for another 8th grader that was being picked on by her! She is an amazing girl and she deserves to be herself without being excluded by other kids. my son has a couple friends but they are not good friends and he is still picked on because he is older and he was held back. These kids at this school are horrible and my kids need to be surrounded by smart nice kids who are better than these little jerks. As for the teachers and administration. They also pick on my children! They picked out my kids for doing anything and they get them in trouble for things that other kids always get away with. The administration needs to learn how to run a good school and control their students.

I graduated from Wildwood High School in 2005. I believe that if you attempted to enjoy yourself and get a good education, you could. I applied to four different universities and got into all of them. Wildwood High School gave me a great education, and I hope to do the same when I receive my teaching degree.

I graduated from Wildwood High School in 2003 and (luckily) was accepted into a great liberal arts college. But this is rare. I had two or three memorable teachers whose efforts were constantly thwarted by ever-changing administration and lack of funding. There is a general atmosphere of irresponsibility, neither students nor teachers (generally speaking) make a significant effort in preparing for the future.

Wildwood High needs to be closed down because the students simply are not receiving a quality education at this school. Taxpayers are getting fleeced because the costs of running the school continue to outpace the productivity that it produces. Wildwood High School is top heavy in adminstration and teachers salaries. The state mandated HESPA scores were just released and Wildwood High School is below the state averages for math and language arts. Dont tell me that a new building will do the trick. Both Atlantic City and Pleasantville have new schools and their test scores are the lowest in the area. A new superintendent won't do the trick. The taxpayers need more for their money.

Both of my children attended Wildwood High School and went on to good colleges as did many of their friends. If a student wants to participate and do well the opportunity is there. My children both feel they were prepared for college and had a good experience at the high school. They are both self-motivated and worked very hard. Most of the teachers are very good, however the math department is weak. With a new superindendent and principal, both of whom are local, I think the school can only get better.

Where to begin? Wildwood High School is not a very good school. It has been going down hill for years. It's a darn shame. The school used to be very good. Most of the teachers are not very active within the community. They are an unmotivated lot who really don't care for the student body. The Guidance Department is a complete joke. Very little college bound students are placed from Wildwood High.
