Yucca Middle School

My child attends YMS and absolutely enjoys it. She had a team of outstanding teachers last year that showed her that knowledge is endless. I can't give them enough praise for their warmth and dedication to provide an excellent education to my child. 'YEAH' FOR THOSE TEACHERS!!!!

The teachers are all really suportive and nice especialy 7th grade english teacher Mrs.Malone. Allan Drops the principal is, in my opinion, a verry good person and is in touch with his iner kid. (he loves guitar hero)

My child has attended yucca junior high for 3 years, and I think that yucca teachers are some of the best teachers in the state!My child has also participated in the Yucca Choral program and she loves it! She says that her teacher is one of the best choir teachers she has ever had! Thank You!

All the teachers here are over- achieving which is good but very annoying for the students. The students I have asked about Yucca say that the school is cocky about everything and that they are better than the rest of the schools even though the MJH band did better on their scores for their solos than Yucca did. The school is outrageous and they should worry about their own students rather than the other junior high students like from Gattis Junior high over the fact that they might have a few lower scores which doesn't mean they have bad teachers.

My son attended Yucca Jr. High for two years. It was one of the best schools we have seen. My spouse is in the military, so we have moved often. Yucca has a great staff of administrators and teachers. The students are well behaved, and show a great deal of school pride and spirit. We miss you Yucca!
