Chenango Forks is a overall great school! Chenango Forks offers many sports programs such as, Football, Soccer, Wrestling, Basketball, Track, ect. Even many clubs such as, The Drama Club, Ski Club, Student Council, SADD and many more. The schools teachers may not be that great but they care alot about their students. If your looking for a great community to live in, this is the place to be.

I really don't see how people review CF so highly on here. First of all, if you don't play football you're pretty much getting exactly nowhere here. If you're not a football player or a wrestler, don't expect to get good advising or treatment from anyone (besides the history department, but that's another story..). The students here are 90% judgmental hicks with nothing better to do than drink and smoke just off campus. Worst math department ever (unless you're a girl), the only good math teacher is gone. Administration is full of power-tripping narcissists who will go out of their way to accuse students of any little thing they've done wrong. Advising is useless. Science and history departments rule, the rest is bad.

Chenango Forks is an amazing school that offers you great oppertunities to learn for the near future. I love Chenango Forks because of all the clubs you get to choose and the teachers can really help you learn to the best of your ability. At this school you dont just learn about imagenary things or numbers, you deal with real ones hands on. For example, in science you have to do this soil lab and instead of my teacher just giving us the numbers he let us get down and dirty with the dirt and make us do it ourselves. We can learn better that way when we know that it was actually real and you can use it in the real world.

Chenango Forks is a small community that reflects on it's school's size and way of working. Offering students the option to go to BOCES for half a day their Junior and Senior years, or letting them join the many extracurricular activities that the school brings. For students looking to challenge themselves, Forks offers a Math club, weather club, and environmental science club that test's student's ability to solve problems in both a classroom setting and an outside setting. Sports are something that Chenango Forks is known for. Having won the last two State titles in Football, and a current winning streak of 38 games, Forks is known for it's football dominance, and it's character of it's players around the community. Chenango Forks is a great school for a transition from small town life, to a small town neighborhood with a little more of a taste for city life.
