This school has gone down the hill! The kids are not a priority anymore. My daughter was left back even after not providing the services she needed. She was mandated to receive ESL. ESL programs are nonexistent at PS/ MS 4. In addition, this school looses a great number of teachers every year. As of now, about 25 teachers left from last year! (Not exaggerating!) There are over 10 vacancies open, meaning, kids not receiving a proper education!
I find this school to be very supportive to students academic needs, however, more parents need to get involved in their children's education, behavior and school activities that are numerous but none attend.
this school is not very supportive of students,not many programs offered and not well organized
