GHM is a great school. I decided to send my son there because I attended the school from 3rd to 8th grade. It was a wonderful experience. The teachers take their time with the students, and the principal is amazing. They care about the kids, it's not just a job for them.

This is an excellent school with a vast array of educational and fun activities available to children from Pre-K through Grade 8. My child has attended this school since Pre-K and was reading beginner books by the first marking period. His teacher demonstrated patience, persistence, and consistency in her regiment for the classroom. She drilled into them the ethics of work first and play later. My son still follows that discipline four years later. My husband and I only pray that he continues on this path. All of the teachers show a unique interest in each child and work together with the parents, principal, and other faculty to develop a plan to strengthen each child's weaknesses and promote their strengths. It is a loving and encouraging enviornment. The curriculum at this school is a little more advanced than the average public school, but is still attainable for those transferring from a public school (if they apply themselves). The tuition is reasonable compared to the teacher/student ratio and the results that have been achieved academically as well as his personal spiritual and developmental growth. He will attend this school until he graduates from 8th grade!

Excellent school. I have another granddaughter in this school. She too has been in the school since Pre-k, and is doing very well. She will miss her big sister since she recently graduated. She loves going to this school great faculty. Principal Forrest is wonderful, he knows the personality of each child in the school and treat them as an individual. His motto is "Excellence is not an act, but a habit" and works. Love the school.

My child has attend GHMPA since Pre-K and his academic career has been great thus far. I really enjoyed the time we as a family spent at this nurturing school. I will always be grateful for the entire staff, administration at this school. They really put to practice it takes a village to raise a child. This is a practice that is fostered at this school everyday. Principal Forrest What is the expectation. Excellence will forever ring throughout my heart. Continue doing what you guys do best. Educating young minds and creating well developed adults.

The young people at GHMCA learn the value of self worth and they graduate with high self esteem and are excellantly prepared to go to high school and are encouraged to continue on to college. They develop relationships with their teachers and they return to stay in contact with them.

This school is ok, but for the cost it should be better. My son, after being in the Pre-K class picked up some really bad habits from his classmates. My suggestion would be to replace the current Pre-K teacher because she doesn't have the phyiscal ability to keep up with the 9 kids she has in the class. Also, because of the schools cost, you'd think they would have a better system inplmented for admission. Some of the children in that school are little heathens. But, the school has a really great principal that cares about the students. But they need to get rid of the Pre-K teacher because she cannot handle all of those 4 and 5 year olds herself.

As a parent of a 2nd grader I must say that my son's teacher Ms. Leseur is outstanding. She raises the bar for all of the students, including my son. I, like so many busy parents can appreciate a dedicated teacher. She is hands-on and you can reach her anytime for information. She is creative and challenges each child to strive for excellence. the tuition is pricey, afterschool is additional where it was once included in the tuition. I do wish that the parents were closer, since it takes a whole village to raise a child. But you can't have everything :). All in all it is an outstanding academic envioronment.
