I have never been so impressed with an elementary school! We moved here from Southern California and started in the Elmira School District. Center Street School is, by far, the most warm and welcoming school my children have ever entended! The staff is wonderful, the teachers are exceptional, and Mr. Dallaportas...WOW! He is an amazing principal...he really does put the 'pal' in PrinciPAL!
This is a great school. Everyone is so caring and friendly. Mr. Dallaportas is wonderful and always there for the kids. He knows each and everyone of them.
Center Street school is fantastic. They care about the children as individuals and students. The quality of teachers is excellent, their principal, Mr. Dallaportas is an excellent principal.
