During your recent visit to our farm with your school group, we were incredibly disappointed in their behavior. We found them to be disrespectful and destructive. They did not obey the rules which were explained to both the students and their parents and they caused damage to buildings in the Little Village. During this visit several of our staff members spoke to the children, their teachers and the chaperones. To our dismay the behavior did not improve. We also received complaints from some of our other customers regarding their behavior. Although you had sufficient chaperones present the children were not adequately supervised. Regretfully we will no longer be able to accept your school group for trips to the farm. We thank you for your Past Patronage. Sincerely, Rick and Jane Lawrence

If you are looking for a place where your children will be noticed, loved, taught and challenged to reach their full potential, this is it. My kids are able to advance at their own pace. One of their teachers bought extra books (with her own money) for my first grader because she noticed that he was an advanced reader. 3 of my 4 children are in advanced Math and can continue to learn at their own pace. The atmosphere is like an extended family and when there are problems, they are dealt with in love and grace. Awesome school!

I have 4 children at Harmony Christian school. I think it is awesome. They are great academically and also have a resource room for children who have an IEP. It is a great environment. Students participate in taking Regents tests to uphold New York standards and maintain certified teachers. I give Harmony an A.

Quality of Academics 10/10 Availabilty of music sports etc 7/10 level of parent involvement 9/10 Great school! most teachers are NYS certified unlike other private schools, parent involvement is welcome at all times, great faith based Christian education with all teaching staff being believers in Christ. Education is top notch!!!! Best in the Hudson valley!

Harmony has a new school administrator,Mr.Barry, who was the former high school science teacher. He is a wonderful man with a true heart for God. He will be missed by his students in science class. Please stop by Harmony to meet Mr. Barry and speak to him about his vision for Harmony as they prepare for a future move to a new campus. With Mr. Barry as administrator Harmony is and has always been the best choice for a Christian education. Thank you Mr.Barry for the care and concern you show our children.

Love the School. Focus is on Education with a Christian Flare and NOT socialization. There is a high expectation of achievement w/o over setting goals. The staff is Great. There are sports programs, an art and music program. It is basically funded by you the parent.(From tuition down to the outings, na deven some classroom supplies). They have a reading week, (where an author visits) spirit week, where the rules are let down a bit and everyone has fun, such as Pajama day, twin day, etc. Emphasis is put on parental involvement as much as possible.

Christ centered and personalized high standards for academics make Harmony the best choice for private Christian education in the Middletown area. Hopefully in the future it will grow a bit more to allow for a more expanded extra-curricular program, but even still, the Christ and academic focus of this outstanding school make it the best choice.
