Terrific principal and administration! We also like the dedication and positive personalities of the teachers. Every child is known by name, and the students go to the principal's office to socialize- not just to be penalized. I can be critical about the curriculum, but that is public school in general- hence the 4 rating.

This school has a very ineffective bullying policy, and the teachers do not allow expression of creativity. The principal picks favorites and picks on certain unfavorable students of certain religions or families. The academics are average, and there aren't many clubs. The counselors can't be trusted, as they tend to gossip a bit. Overall, its a poor school.

This is an exceptional, child centered middle school. The principal is an inspiration, and the teachers are skilled, caring professionals that go the extra mile for students. There is a strong sense of community within the building, and the staff is committed to meeting the needs of the whole child...academics, social, emotional and physical development. All students at NPMS have the opportunity to be successful. NPMS is an outstanding public school and a great place to be a middle school student.
