The way it acts like a community and everyone knows one another. The teachers are a great support towards us each day and being in that school makes it worth the hard work.

I think Ms. Riordan is the best teacher ever. She really engages her kids and loves what she does so much! Every teacher should be so excited about their work.

Its the few early college schools in New York that is public and allows actual campus experience but it does lack a resources other schools may have, but it is doing a fair job in providing those limit resources.

It's pretty awesome. The teachers are great and helpful. The environment in which the school is at is improving year by year. It can be better if we had more money so we can have more programs and such. Senior year is the best =D

MHSHS consist of extremely good and understanding teachers. We have the best sports teams in city. We have teachers who facilitate comprehension for everyone with their 1 of a kind analogies. Manhattan Hunter Science HS teachers deserve more because of the tremendous amount of well rounded students produced with very good character due to the positive impact of the environment.

Our school has a family feel to it. Our students and teachers develop long-lasting, meaningful relationships that give all of a sense of community, pride, and purpose. The diversity reflected in the student body gives all of us an opportunity to practice understanding, compassion and extend our culture to one another. Our students are devoted to making their education worthwhile, spending hours after school studying, researching, and attending after school lectures. Despite budget cuts and a lack of funding for the 09-10 school year, teachers have continued to run extra-curricular activities because of the rich environment it creates among our school community. We are all incredibly fortunate to be a part of MHSHS.

We really love our school because of the teachers who really dedicate their time for the students, and we've developed such a great relationship with one another. It'll be fantastic to better our school with more books, computers, teachers, classes (possibly AP) and more sports teams.

The students and teachers are like a big family. Teachers really care about their students and students care about their school. We are an early college high school and we could really benefit from new technology, books and classroom supplies.
