BRS as well as all the schools in Plesantville are amazing ... it's the teachers, adminstration and staff that we trust our children with every day. They nuture, care and educate the most precious things in our lives. It's a wonderful place to raise your children.

Bedford Road School (BRS) is a very warm and nurturing school for our children. They foster learning, growth, and independence within a safe environment. The staff is wonderful and the PTA goes above and beyond for the school. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful organization.

We are two for two - my first daughter had a great kindergarten experience, and we now are in a great first grade class. Great teachers, concerned administration. This is why you live in Pleasantville.

Fantastic school and launching pad for students throughout the Pleasantville system. The teacher, student, community and parental involvement is outstanding and truly the differentiating factor for Bedford Road Schools success.

To follow up, my daughter is completing kindergarten at BRS and it's been a wonderful year. Her teacher took the initiative to suggest placing my daughter in an integrated collab. class (from an exclusively special ed. setting) and, with support from her excellent regular ed. and special ed. teachers, assistants, therapists, etc., she's thrived. We've seen tremendous improvement this year and so much derives from the incredible professionals at BRS. Thank you!

Almost done with BRS and sad to leave. 2 kids through. No special needs, just the drive to learn. And BRS helped them blossom. The new leadership has created a great learning environment.

The Bedford Road school is great. I have two children there (K and 2nd grade) and they both love it. My younger child has required special services (speech therapy) and the district has been extremely supportive. My son has made tremendous advances due to the support of the school district. The quality of the academic programs is great. The teachers are caring and always willing to help. The school itself is new and beautiful with plenty of nice 'extras' for the kids like a huge gym, little theater, big library, etc. There is a high level of parent involvement in the school. They encourage parent participation in the classroom on a regular basis. Extracurricular activities are also plentiful.
