As an alumni of SGI Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, I'd have to say that I enjoyed my time there. I graduated in the top third of my class, then went to RIT and earned my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. The teachers at SGI, especially in the High School, were definitely very willing to help me succeed and pushed me to try to achieve my full potential. The AP courses there were great and really prepared me for college. Though my particular guidance counselor there was of little to no help to me when considering a career or college upon graduation, it was nice being able to take charge of something and help myself out. I don't know how the school district is doing currently, though I hope it is keeping up. Springville is also a great little town to live in.
