Southwest Middle School

travishaywood a.k.a tron 86-87 southwest is the best school that i ever went to rest in peace jonny whiteside

I was originally reluctant to send my children to school at Southwest - they are both very, very bright and I was concerned they would not be sufficiently challenged. However, now that my family are 3 year veterans, I can honestly say the teachers and programs have been far better than I expected. My daughter attended 8th grade at Southwest and is now first in her class in high school. My son has been there for 2 years and achieved a perfect score on the 7th grade EOG in Math. Southwest has and is preparing their best students not only to succeed, but to excel.

its got teachers who care about their students and they have good teen clubs to join

I am a student at SouthWest and this is what I think.I do like the school.There have been so many fights in the last month then there were last year. I was on the A Honor Roll all last year. I am also concerend about the restrooms having no soap, paper towls, etc. All the graffiti on the bathroom stalls. The teachers are pretty good overall.

Well I'm not parent my nephew goes to school there and I am very pleased he has brought his grades up alot this year.I have been working with him cause I know he tell me that 7th grade get hard sometimes but I help him all I can,but he has learved alot since being in southwest and I would like to thank the teachers and staff for helping him.

Overall I think this is a good school. I have some concerns about the restrooms in the school, not having soap, paper towels, etc. But other than that we have had no problems and my daughter was on honor roll all last year!
