I have 2 children who went to Antwerp Elementary School and are now in Antwerp Junior High.I have only great things to say about this school.I never met a teacher that didn't care about the students. My son is very intelligent and his third grade teacher recognized this giftedness. She asked me if he could be tested for this and explained to me that when his teachers see that he tested gifted they know how to work with that.I allowed it and was so pleased with the results.By sixth grade they placed him in an 'advanced' math class. There were only a few kids in this class and the teacher actually taught 3 lessons a day and gave 10 math problems from each lesson for homework, where the other kids worked one lesson a day and had 30 math problems from that lesson. He needed this extra boost.I wish I could write more.
