I don't know if I would call it an iron fist or not, but overall we have a great group of kids in this community and some of it is because of the school and good teachers. We have alot of good parents too but as we know it takes all of us to make the future better for our children.

My son is doing fabulous since coming to Western Reserve last year! Everyone seems to care and yes there is staff that are less than friendly but would you always be smiling working at an elementary school? Kepp up the good work WR.

The faculty at the elementary school is very rude. (This does not include the teachers).

Two words about school can sum it up, 'iron fist'. There is not much fun, strict and full of rules. We are one month into this school year, they do not welcome parent visitors. They do have some upstanding teachers, the teacher aides / cafeteria aides are coming from somewhere else, they are not welcoming to parents. This is definately an area that needs corrected, parents are the life blood of the children, they should be welcome to visit their children.

Ruled with an iron fist - parents are not welcome to visit the school. I have had the dis-pleasure of told i was disrupting the class by 2 'workers'. Another aide was very rude to me about me wearing my outside work clothes. What is being taught here? This school lacks fun!
