Me and my brother use to go to this school from K-4 and it was horible some good teachers but mostly bad and very bad issues we had to move and go to Indian Run Elementry were it was safe, fun, teachers were nice, best princapal every, and fun times with friends all I can say is i perfer Indian run elementry were you can get the best education!
The teachers and principal are enthusiastic. The facility is top notch. The only complaint would be the PTA doesn't get as much help as it needs and parents pick up a lot of the slack monetarily throughout the year which can add up for some families.
This specific school within the Dublin School District was given 'Excellent with Distinction' on the State Report Card. I love Thomas Elementary. I have 2 children going there and their teachers have been top-notch. The student population is diverse (including many special ed), and very inclusive. The PTO provides a lot of wonderful extracurricular activities and helps raise money for new playground equipment, author and artist visits, and new classroom equipment. There is a lot of community support and friendship.
Great teachers, good facilities, good pta
Our experience with Thomas has been wonderful. The teachers and staff work together as a team to ensure the best atmosphere and education for all of the children. The principal is in her second year at Thomas. She has daily office hours to address problems or concerns and is very approachable. She also spends time each day in the classrooms, observing what is really happening with teachers and students. There's a lot of diversity in the school. I have watched children move from speaking no English at the beginning of the year to amazing proficiency by the end of the year thanks to the ESL team and what they can do. I am an active volunteer in my child's first grade classroom and was last year for K as well. I am completely satisfied with what I see-the teachers are awesome and the education is first rate.
The school seems to be improving greatly since with the current principal who has been here 3 years. The student population is fairly diverse which can also be an advantage for students. My child enjoyed the music, art, gym, and library time every week.
Awesome teachers and they have good patientence to teach KG students, my daughter enjoyed the same
Thomas elementary is great! All of the parents and teachers work so well together as a team. My son loves school and I'm so happy that he is included in such a great academic program. Thanks Thomas!
Thomas Elementary has been a wonderful school for both my children. The teachers take extra time to work with the children if they are in need of extra help. I would highly recommend this school to anyone. My children have enjoyed their years are Thomas Elementary.
Griffth Thomas is a great school my son attended from K-4th. The teachers are great and the education is top notch. Griffth Thomas is a school the community should be proud of.
