I graduated from Harding High and over the years I have found out that we do several things that cause good and bad to occur. First you get out of something what you put into it. If you work hard you will succeed if you don't you will fail usually. This day and age we tend to spoil our children and give them too much and expect too little from them. Harding High was one of the highest Scholastically rated schools in the state of Ohio. I am no genius but the learning that I got there has carried me through 3 careers in my lifetime and for that I am extremely grateful. I don't think the school has changed that much but the parents have. Encourage your children to Learn and to Try harder to succeed and you won't be sorry.
i love going to fairport harbor high school. it is the best school i have been too. i graduate in 2013. i am a freshman now. i love this school. aswome teachers and you learn so much more than i thought i could ever. i highly recomend this school.
the alumni and boosters offairport harbor must take a stand and strongly support their athletic programs this year, this should be the year the football and basketball teams turn for the best.we have one of the best athletes in lake county entering highschool along with a host of young men whom have been playing together since they were in the city league going undefeated almost every year.what a awesome season we have ahead of us,all these guys finally make it to highschool and they lose the support of of the people they need the most.can u imagine , winning on friday nights again? a basketball team making it past the first round game? lets go fairport and show lake county we stand behind our students, would you rather spend a few extra bucks on a levy to help our children remain in a positive enviroment, the same opportunity your siblings gave you? or send them god knows where and end up spending the money anyway tring to keep them out of trouble.lets do it,we go forward we rise higher.
The thing that is very funny here is parents trying to correct other parents on grammar. Grow up people. I went to Fairport Harding High and the acedemics are terrible there, especially the staff.
'a note from a parent don't mean anything' well first if you are going to complain about the school, then you should use correct grammar. For that sentence you will want to use 'Doesn't' NOT 'Don't'
Well.. if you dont like it then take your kid out. Well, this school is pretty good. I mean we just got like 200 new open enrollment students here. So they have to be strict. So if you dont like it then take them out!
This school has a three day max. tardy. A note from a parent don`t mean anything! Has to be a doctor, lawyer ect. More of Fairports tax payers need to learn of things going on here!If your student is flu ridindfor a couple of days and a parent writes a note it should be like gold! Do they really think wer are all liars in this district.
