I attended franklin hs a few years ago and it was a fine high school. The courses were pretty normal compared to other high schools, teachers were good, lots of activities after school, great sports programs.
The school district has a ay to go, but is going in the right direction. Sports are comingback, acedemics are good, need more arts, and more involvement by community, mostly, need to vote new schools. Unlike alot of big schools, franklin is a nice fit
Arts are limited, sports rate low for the administration. No commitment by community to develop the school system. Very remedial in its attitude toward the future.
I don't like the way the students have been neglected. We get a new library and police station what about our kids? We need new schools and books but no one want's to vote yes for the levy. Also I would like to add what the parents did to raise money that was really great. Thanks for the support.
