I have been in the school district for 3 years and have 2 children in the Primary school. The teachers, staff and Principle are fantastic and care about every child. Last year Northridge received the highest rating on the State of Ohio report card - all 4 schools received "Excellent Ratings".

I graduated from this school. I have been in Northridge k-12. It is wonderful! Now as a mother, I see how important of a choice it is to pick the right school. From PERSONAL experience, I can honestly say the teachers are excellent. I wouldn't think of sending my child to any other school.

My child just graduated from NRHS. She went there since kindergarten. She had a couple of good teachers. They taught the kids, but for the most part the teachers are terrible. If you are not one of the jocks or one of the preps they do not care abouth the child. That is except for the MS principal she is great, the kids are lucky to have her, she is one of the few in the entire school district that cares about the students. But then when they get in high school they are lost again with that one, what a waste. As far as the parent involvement, the school some parents just over the entire show, so to speak. If you can I would recommend sending your child anywhere else.

2 kids have graduated and 1 is there now. If you pick hard enough, you can find fault with every school and Northridge is no exception. However, the overall education and preparatory work the kids do is great.

This is the worst school i've ever seen and i have 3 kids in it and we've been here 2yrs. We've been in 3 different schools in the county and this is by faar the worst in all areas. I 've not seen much individual attention shown to the kids in class or in the sports programs. Also i've noticed alot of bullys in their schools

I have been a parent in this district for 8 years. In my experience with two different children, I have found that the majority of the teachers do not teach to the individual student. I have a gifted child who was left to flounder for lack of enthusiasm. I also have a special needs child who has never gotten the help he needs. He is just shuffled through. I feel the problem comes from the top down.

In my 2 years of dealing with the high school, it has to be one of the worse for communication with parents and students. This only holds true for the high school, in my opinion, relates back to an unwilling principal in Mr. Hall. The elemantary and middle school are great but the high school needs to work on their structure

Every student receives individual attention and is monitored for performance. Also school spirit embodied among students and family members alike is phenomenal!

Since Mr. Dixon has come to Northridge, the class offerings have improved, the teachers actually teach, the building looks cleaner and discipline is much better.
