Indepence is a wonderful school where children become life long learners. I have two children at Independence that are very different learnings. Each child's needs have been met and exceeded. The principle, Mr. Finke and his staff are awesome. The activities and curriculum are top notch. Independence is a school where it is cool to be smart and the spirit of togetherness and pride are felt thoughout the hallways. We are moving out of state and I am so bummed that my children will have to move on. Highly recommend this school. One of the best elementary schools in the Lakota School district.
