I think this school is wonderful. It is small and almost every teacher seems to know my son. We can be out and he will say there is Mrs/Mr. so-n-so. Say hi to that person and that person will reply back and say his name. My son will be entering the 2nd grade this year. He is a straight A student. I only hope this will continue. At the beginning of the year his teacher found the areas that he may have the most problems in and made sure to pay close attention to these areas. She also sent home items for me to use with my son at home since he was unable to attend the before school tutoring. Now my son sits down with my daughter and reads to her. I'm so proud of him and the teachers for all their hard work.
The teachers are very degrading to the children and have no patience with children with learning disabilities (ADHD). My child cries every night because of rude remarks made by the teachers and students have made about or toward her, due to her disabilities.
