Achieved Excellent Rating from the state in 2009-2010. New administration has really been strong in bringing this school and its academics and discipline up to par and beyond. Keep up the great work!

Langston is a middle school with the need for a full time police officer on school grounds. It provides lots of fluff feel-good programs but fails basic academics. State minimums not achieved. The only school to fail value added scoring. Management spends its time covering up. Think long and hard before enrolling here.

Langston is the best, caring teachers, outstanding help from Oberlin College, Langston really helps children achieve their goals. My son had what I consider the world's est teaching staff. They look out for the whole child, not just studying for the achievement tests..they actually want the kids to learn something they can carry with them...hats off to you, staff at Langston!
