My wife went to this school and now my son does. This is a good school and it seems like the staff really cares for its stupents education. I believe that this is one of the best school in Ohio and this area is great!

GVHS provided me with a strong sense that every person CAN contribute to the well-being of the greater community, and that every person has an intrinsic dignity. There are few more-important life-lessons than these, and I am grateful.

The majority of the classes a just fine... some are a little behind the times but all in all good academics compared to other local schools. The choir is excellent. The band could use a little work. i.e. actually teach the children how to play the instruments and how to read music before expecting them to play a song. The only parents who seemed to get involved in the school activities were the parents who were involved in everything. A little more diversity in that area is needed. It's a decent school altogether.
