I have two great, honor students who have attended Harry Russell school for 3 and 4 years. This is the 5th graders' last year at this school. He is so excited about returning for his final year here. He says, 'we do so many neat things and the teachers make learning so much fun'. Both look forward to new challenges and are competitive regarding making high marks. They like the math challenges, the comming up with 'how many words you can make from one word',the science projects, exploring areas like the Camp Kern overnight outing. They bring home really neat art projects that work on self image and get to experiment with different music types. over all I feel their excitment and know it is genuine. They are so proud to say they are Harry Russell students. I hope this positive experience will set the pace for their continued educational experience.
