There are some wonderful teachers in Ridgewood Middle School which is 4th through 7th grades. The students are encouraged to achieve academically and be involved in extracurricular activities. The Strive program has changed drastically in the last few years. There used to be small groups of students from each grade level, then the groups went to approxiamately 20-25 students per grade level. There are limited outside activites during outside recess. The school promotes responsibility and citizenship in the community and country.
Ridgewood Middle School has created a culture where bullying is at a minimum, teachers have time to plan, the instruction is data-driven all year long, the principal is a true leader in every sense of the word, it employs teachers with doctorate degrees and national certification, the parents are involved, and the children are happy. It's a great place to learn!
