I am not sending a review, Just a question. We are moving to Ada in a few months. I have a son that is in 8th grade and we want to make sure he fits in with the styles in this town. We are in California and he is in style here. But I just need to know what the kids wear there. Thank you. We are excited to be moving out that way. Kathi

I like Ada schools a lot. I would recomend going there than any other surrounding schools until you hit Norman. But this school, like any other big school, is extremely cliquey. If you wear nice clothes and or have money, you're in. If you don't, you're a weirdo. I feel bad for new kids in Ada schools. It's hard to fit in. But they manage some how. Cariculum wise, it's pretty great. There is also a lot of extra help if you ever need it. Disapline I think is perfect; kids need punishment.

School does not seem to address issues appropriately, rather trying to place the responsibility for things like bullying back on the family situation. Principle is opinionated and often one-sided. Overall I am disappointed with the level of structure and discipline at the school.

as i finish my eighth grade year, i know this is the best school in ada. all my teachers are fair and know what they are talking about. parents that don't like sending their kids to big schools should really re-think their choices. the faculty, staff, andstudents at this school are the best around.

I am going into the eighth grade this year and my seventh grade year was wonderful. The teachers all had wonderful teaching methods and were fair to every student. I absoloutely love this school, the best little junior high in oklahoma, and I think it is one of the best schools to spend your first years as truly growing out of a child and into an adult.
