My kids go to this school and we really like the teachers. Working with them to ensure our kids are pushed scholastically at their level is a joy. For every grade level our kids have benefited from being challenged to excel. As a result, last year my son scored a perfect score on the CRT and is reading at a 9th grade level. My daughter scored in the advanced grouping and is reading above her grade level as well.

I have two children in Rollingwood. I think most of the teachers are excellent. I think the Principal does not punish the kids properly and lets bullying go on. I think she is scared of some of the parents. I am thinking of moving because of this. Over all the school is one of the better ones in Putnam City for Elementary, although that is not saying much anymore. Pretty sad.

3 of my kids attend Rollingwood. The principal and the teachers are very helpful. One of my daughters was tested for a speech class & they were very supportive.

This school has a lot of involvement from parents and a lot of spirit, but the teachers are not required to grade the papers. I find it very hard to understand why about 50-60% or more of my childs work was sent home ungraded. I thought that one of the teachers main jobs was to grade papers.

If you are a Christian then you don't want to send your child to this school as my child was told never to mention Jesus, or Christ during school hours. The Christmas program eliminated all mention of Christmas and replaced it with Happy Holidays.

My children have attended Rollingwood for the past 6 years, and I feel the school provides a wonderful environment for my kids. The teachers, several of them having taught there 10 years or more, really like teaching and are wonderful to the students. My kids have amazed me at what they have learned and gained at Rollingwood.

Three of my kids have gone to Rollingwood. I would recommend it to everybody. The teachers are wonderful; especially the physical education teacher. The parents really care about what is happening in their school, and the neighborhood supports the school, as well.
