There are always politics in any town, I do not think the small town politics really make a difference to the kids and how great they are. We have some great kids in this community that we should be proud of. Our kids are very involved in school functions and are always respectful when they are seen around town. We should be proud of our kids and remember what kids are like in other schools. I do praise the high school teachers as well, they show support and dedication. I am proud to live in Snyder and I am happy to know who my kids are playing with, and where they are.
Snyder High School is a typical small town school. The curriculum offered is limited as compared to a larger district school, because of funding issues. Although it is a nice place to raise kids, you get the 'small-town' politics. All in all, it is a moderately good school; however, it may not prepare your child enough for college life.
Snyder School System is a very good small schoool system but as with all small schools they do lack some class chices that a larger well funded school could support. But as an overall I'd say Snyder should be very proud of their school.
