I got a great education at CHS--and still feel very connected to classmates and teachers.

The teachers at Corvallis High School went beyond providing facts and information, they taught my children learn to think. Thank you, CHS teachers!

Corvallis High, which has been newly rebuild from the ground up is a fun and comfortable learning environment. A current student myself, I find that the teachers are highly involved in the students' education and provide a healthy place to learn. Most students are highly involved in sports, whether on teams or merely as extremely involved spectators. The art program has taken a severe blow thanks to a lack of funding, but the students are highly creative and participate in a number of competitions. The music program is enjoyed by the entire school in assemblies and performances and rated highly. Parent involvement usually comes from volunteers in classrooms and in our college offices. The schools has a poor social studies program, but has a highly rated AP US History program.
