I am so glad my student will graduate this year. She will go on to community college in order to transfer to a university. Although she got top grades at North Douglas High school she is far from prepared academically for college. We were told by the local community college that this is a common problem with students from this district.

NDHS is a very good small school. It's athletic program is top notch and the school challenges it's students academically. The return of the music department is a plus. A great community to raise children.

NDHS is an awesome school. Some people just expect too much out of it. The school has little money because of its size, about 115 students, so it can't support as many activities as a 3a or 4a school can. Although it has little money it offers a variety of sports, Football, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, and Track. It also has a variety of clubs, DDR club, Pep Club, Power 2 Club, Horticulture Club, Honors Society, and FBLA. They offer AP classes and have classes like band, drama, art, choir, woods, and metals. So Ithink it is an AWESOME school!

This District will only benefit your child if he or she is interested in basketball or football and then only while they are in high school. The music program is very limited and then only in the grade school.

This school provides many opportunities for its size. My child took advantage of the offerings, both academic and athletic, and has been successful at University of Oregon. We had a very good experience in the North Douglas system.

North Douglas does have a art program this school year and AP classes that give college credit. this is a very fun school everyone is involved in what goes on here. All the activities are mainly ran by students they ususally come out with good succes.

North Douglas High School has no music or art programs and trys to make up for it in sports. Not all students are athlets you know. The classes are not challenging enough for the students and requires minimal work. My daughter was enrolled in this school last year (2004-2005 school year) and left the school with little educational information. I only wanted my child to get the most out of her school year and she and i both feel that your school did little for her. this is one of the most underdeveloped schools i have seen and your students are not benifiting from it.
