The teachers are in good contact with you if you initiate the phone call or email. Grades are available whenever I request them. I can monitor my daughters grade just by emailing the teacher for grades or missing assignments. When my daughter is sick or missing a day of school, she is able to email her teachers and they give her homework through email. Excellent school with EXCELLENT staff.

The early intervention program at Poynter left little to be desired. Little contact with the teachers and lack of attention paid to our child.

My son absolutely loves this school. The teachers care about the students and have helped my son advance. They teach at a level the students understand and most of the teachers are excited about the subject/s they are teaching. Character is very important to staff and students alike. This school has a pleasant atmosphere when you walk through the halls, unannounced.
