Great school with a very active and giving PTO. The faculty, administration and staff are very caring and interested in the school's students.
my granddaughter is a student at highland elementary and there are problems yearly. right now she has been coming home over a month with marks and scratches on her from a bully a little boy and my daughter keeps talking to the teachers and principal with nothing being done yet they have a bully program
