The staff and parents make all the students #1.Its a very student oriented school and the staff lets the parents be involved in all activities.We have won The Blue Ribbon award how many times!!!!!!!! There are 2nd generations going to this school so it must be something!!

First Street Elementary is the best because we are a 'child' centered school. Our first concern is always our children. Secondly, we are a team when it come to our faculty members. First Street Elementary is the best school to be a team memeber of!!!

This school is without a doubt in the elite of elementary schools. My child has been there for less than a two years and has had a complete 180 in her grading goin from a 'D' to almost a 'B'. Way to go CM.

There has been too many changes for the students there- 3 principals in 3 years; constant teacher changes; rules/ expectation changes mid-stream with communication only after the fact, if at all. Every time that I walk in there, it is a whole new set of faces that I see- I can't imagine being a student and never knowing who or what to expect. It is alarming to me that our children need to do this day in and day out!
