They should try to convince Kenny Leftwich to come back to Duquesne. Now that is experienced and knowledgeable in the management of elemetary through secondary schools and has the education to qualify him for the job, he can do it, he can bring us back. He grew up in Duquesne, was a star basketball player, knows the people and the community and his family has a vested interest in the city's progress. He's your man Duquesne, if you can get him.
Duquesne is a forgotten school System. When I grew-up Duquesne was know as one of the most academically solid school in western Pennsylvania and now it is dying. They close the high school a few years back. Now it ranges from K-8th. For a time our children were educated in trailers. I would love for our school to win the $20,000 however more importantly, that someone with expertise would come in and help save our school.
