My two boys attended ODCA for 11 years and had a wonderful experience. Their confidence has grown so much and they were very prepared to move on to high school. The principal, teachers, staff and other parents are very loving and concerned about each student. They teach and counsel from the Bible at all times, Jesus is truly central to all that they do The school affords each student the opportunity to participate in music, sports, drama, art and various competitions and they always place in the top postions. I have been completely satisfied with their experience. The

I had 2 kids that went there. They came in at 7th and 8th grades. The staff was wonderful for the most part. I loved Dr. Dawes, the principal. Everyone was very nurturing and helpful. They really had Jesus at the center of their work. The other children were very nice, too. The only complaint I have is about the administrative office. There was this one particular woman that really turned my stomach. But, of course, there's always one.

I have two children in this school, and they both started from preschool. If you are looking for a truly Christian education, where God is not just taught but felt and followed, this is a great school. Admittedly, my children are 'typical' and don't have any behavior or academic issues, but they are learning well here and are also learning valuable lessons about acting Godly in a 'fallen' world. I have seen two boys in my son's class completely come out of their shells and make tremendous strides in their behavioral issues since the beginning of the school year. I am sorry the other reviewer had a bad experience. Mine has been nothing short of wonderful.

This is my son's second year attending this school and I have been very disappointed with the quality of the teachers. They are very caring and concerned individuals, however, their capability of working with a student who does not 'fit into the norm' is limited. This year they are attempting to step out of their confort zone and seek out additional resources to help them better educate all of the children. Until this school and its staff has developed and implemented the necessary tools to be effective at educating every student...I would say that 'if you have a son who is all boy', this may not be the environment for him.
