I am an alum of Hafey from 2001. This was simply a great experience. I learned so many lessons here, not only academic, but also on LIFE. It's such a mistake to close this school. God bless those kids there now struggling with that.
My children thank me all the time for sending them to Bishop Hafey. They are both fully involved in the school and actively participate in Sports and other extra curricular activities. The class sizes are small and as a result there is more individual attention. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the thinking of sending their children there.
We are new to the school, but it is very welcoming and seems like a great place to be.
I am a graduate of BHHS; the education at Hafey is wonderful. Definitely better than anything you would receive at Hazleton High. Also the atmosphere is one of friendship, academics and unsurpassed willingness to help from staff and students. Parent involvement, clubs, activities, sports and Academics are through the roof. Thank you Hafey for preparing me for life.
Exceptional school. Very affordable. Compared to the public school system in Hazleton, Hafey is the only choice. Promotes respect, family and Christian values, and academics.
