This school is really bad and the leadership is even worse! The teachers are inadequate at teaching and disrespectful to children and to parents ! The new pastor is no better! Enroll your child in another school in the area if you want them to learn and be treated fairly and respectfully. I regret sending my kids here! It was a waste of my money . I should have sent them to a charter school!
Great school... SJS prepares the children academically for HS and college. The teachers are fantastic and making learning in a fun filled nurturing manner their top priority.
Great school! The students from St. Jerome are among the top ten percent of our area high schools. The students are well prepared for the transition to high school.
It is a Catholic Christian school with a GREAT pastor. Academically it is GREAT!
St. Jerome School is academically wonderful; teachers have been here over 30 years. It's like a big family brought together by a great pastor. St. Jerome's kids are always in the top 10% of their class in high school.
I believe Saint Jerome's is the best place I could send my daughters. The parental involvemnet in amazing. The extracurricular activities are wonderful. My daughters feel it is a home away from home.
I am a graduate of Saint Jerome and I have chosen to send my daughters to a place that I trust. The family atmosphere is amazing. There are multiple afterschool activities.
Iam very please because they taught my daughter how to respect God, people and herself.
The bottom line is, good principals don't come cheap and this Pastor will never pay. Some of the tenured teachers are excellent, the majority are abissmal. This school is adequate for the average student but totally lacking for any child with special needs or any child who is extremely bright and needs challenges. The staff and the teachers have a circle the wagons mentality any time a parent has an issue or a problem, with the problems going unresolved the majority of the time. After school activities and CYO athletics are a good diversion to the inadequacies of the school
I am incredibly pleased with St. Jerome's. My child is happy and receiving an excellent education.
