this school is one of the best in the area. the teacher are doing the best job they can to do thier best with in thier power to teacher you the best. the small class sizes are also great the teather take time to explain the promblem before moving on. they are always offering ways to get extra help.i would tell any parent too send thier school here. what can i say it's a GREAT school,
As a junior student at this high school, I think... 85% of all the teachers that I have had are lazy and dont want to be their anymore than the students do. I've had three teachers who do an excellent job, one of whom I love dearly, Mrs. LaMont, in the English Department. I [think] that the school is full of... slow computers and old outdated equipment. Many whom I know have switched to other local schools and have accelerated academically. I advise to you, parents: to have your child attend another school.
This is one of the best schools in the county, if not the state. Academic studies are taken seriously and the teachers are dedicated to helping students understand specific concepts. Many teachers spend time in the morning as well as in the afternoon with students who need the additional help. The education gained at South Williamsport High School is stressed and taught better than any school around the region.
