This whole school district provides a poor and awful education. Don't get me wrong, over all of my years at the middle school and highschool I have had possibly a handfull of amazing teachers. However, 90% of them are just interested in the benefits and the money. It's sad, but ture. Then, you come across the few teachers who are there actually for their love of teaching.

I am an 8th grade student a LHMS. the adults that run this school are completley oblivious to what goes on outside of class and on the bus. i would rate this school poorly and will not recomend it to anybody.

I am not a parent,I am a student Of LH and still am,only im going to the high school now.Anywayi just want to say that Mr Geller,Mr Workman, and Mr Monaco are the best teachers in that entire school.LH Junior high is a school i would recomend to any parent trying to find a good school to go to.The teachers are a little strict, but work well with people and teens.

I was not a parent at this school, but I was a student, and I have to say the quality of education was extremely poor.

I will give you my opinion on this school district as a former student and now a parent of a student. The principal has no backbone. He seems to let the students do as they wish. The students whose family has money or if there is any nepotism present, these students will have free reign with no consequences. If you are just an average kid whose parents work hard for their money, or who is struggling to make ends meet, you will be more apt to be punished. I don't feel this is fair of just. It has been this way since I was a student. If you're friends with the right crowd, you could pretty much do as you wish.

LH junior high is the worst possible experience for a teen. The teachers are uninterested and prehistoric. The curriculumn has not changed even with the dawn of academic standards years ago. One of the principal ways to advance in this district is through nepotism or socio economic standing. This school makes a mockery of the arts. I am currently still trying to figure out what it values. The district itself probably does not know since it permeates with incompetency. I would not recommend this school for my pet!
