E.C. Glass High School

I am not only a parent of a Glass student, but I graduated there many years ago myself. The school is outstanding in every way. The teachers really care about their students and are always available for after-school tutoring if needed. The band director and theatre director are two of the finest in the country, and their respective programs excell under their leadership. If you have a child that is even remotely inclined towards music or drama, his or her life will be changed by either of those activities at E.C. Glass. Overall, it is simply a fantastic school. You shouldn't even consider a private school in Lynchburg if your child has the opportunity to attend Glass. Many people in the contiguous counties pay tuition just to send their children to E.C. Glass.

Great school.Most AP courses offered in are both in public and private schools.

E.C. Glass taught me and my child not only how to succeed academically but also how to thrive as mature adults. With outstanding achievements in sports they also have an awesome drama and band. The numerous activites, clubs and gruops that are avalible make any high school experience enjoyable. Plus they have an awesome wrestling team. :)
