Based on reading one of the reviews I had to submit my own. My son and daughter attended this school their entire elementary time. Based on their own choices of developing study habits, they were completely prepared for high school. They also were, not only honor students, but also one was a valedictorian. He continued on with becoming his high school valedictorian; thus had received a very good foundation here.
I attended and graduated from this school. I loved it. It was a great environment for children and had a good teacher to student ratio. However, when I graduated and went to High School I found myself unprepared for the current curriculum. I was a honor student at this school, but I felt that its education did not prepare me for High School. The curriculum that I had at HCS did not even compare to local public schools. I was not impressed when I went to High School.
Before my daughter started school, I did not know how to find a good school. A good friend of mine recommended HCS and it is the best thing we could have done for her. The entire staff is loving and caring and it is like a family! The children are challenged daily and are encouraged to learn,learn,learn!! HCS is eveything it represents and is worth every dime.
