Wilson Hall is a wonderful school. We have seen continual growth beginning with 380 students in 1988 and now enroll almost 830 students. Facility renovations totaling over $8 million dollars since the 2000 school year has transformed the Wilson Hall campus into a comfortable learning atmosphere. Academically, Wilson Hall offers fourteen Advanced Placement classes and is committed to offering an exceptional academic program with an affordable tuition. Every gradaute is accepted to a four-year college/university and for four of the past five years, every graduate has earned a merit-based scholarship. With thirty-one athletic teams and numerous clubs and organizations, almost every student in middle and high school is active and involved in some extracurricular activity. From award winning Drama performances and top literary magazines to one of the state's best athletic programs, there is something for everyone. The heart of the school, however, remains a committed and enthusiastic faculty. Alumni often return just to spend time speaking with the faculty. The relationships formed over the years between students and faculty members are bonds built for a lifetime.

Wilson Hall has a great reputation. From all we've seen, the high school curriculum is excellent. However, the elementary curriculum falls short. Wilson Hall has somehow decided that quanity = quality. The elementary students spend a lot of time on homework, and arrive up to 40 minutes early (in order to complete the morning busy work). Any student at any school can do worksheet after worksheet and look busy. But this is not indicative of the quality of education being given to each student. Until the administration of the lower school is able to weed out the teachers who rely on volume and busy work, the elementary students will suffer. I would not recommend this school to anyone with a bright or gifted student. Their elementary child will wither away from boredom if they choose Wilson Hall.

Excellent curriculum, caring faculty, safe environment, and wonderful extracurricular activities make this school outstanding. All of my children graduated from WH and secured substanial scholarships to major universities. All are successful adults, thanks to the education they received. The money spent on tuition was well invested.

Wonderful, caring environment. Sudents are offered a variety of classes and extracurricular activities to choose from based on thier interest. My children have attended Wilson Hall since pre-school and I have always been pleased with their teachers and the quality of education they have received. Wilson Hall has a very diverse student body and one of the most spirited group of students in SCISA.
