The best high school in the area! My son didn't like go to school until we found this wonderful school. We can feel the influence of Waldorf Ideology, but it is nice balanced because it is a public school and most of the kids are not familiar with the Waldorf way. It is so nice to see how teenagers can be so positive with learning when the teachers try there best to teach the material in a friendly, interesting and absorbing ways. The principle is a great person. She knows how to be both stricked and caring person. She met personaly every kid at the school. The school has options to IP courses. I hope they will improve there website soon.

Amazing school, all kids look out for each other and there are no defined cliques. My daughter tells me that they are all friends! They have a vegetable garden and the students harvest and sell fresh produce. They are learning fencing while reading romeo and juliet, and they are free to express themselves. My daughter loves it there!!

America's Choice was a horrible school but this one is diferent since Social Justice and A.C. schools combined. This school is now a wonderful school. It has more resources than the old school. Teachers actually teach the students and try to help them if they're not doing to well. Now it's a Waldorf school and it's the first public Waldorf school on the west side. I would recomend this school to anybody.

My child's grades have improved since attending AC. Teachers seem accommodating and interested in helping their students improve. The temporary site leaves much to be desired and the absence of a current website is bothersome as it is harder to stay ont top of current school activities. No sports or social activities to speak of are currently available. Plans are to move to its newly-built facility in Jan. '08, approx. 30-45 minutes from the current site.
