My family and I relocated to Riverview High School from Philadelphia, and never regretted our move. This school is wonderful. All of the classrooms are set-up so that the children change their classes outdoors. Which is fabulous, especially if you came from the north and know how confining the school are. The principal Bob Heilman, is fantastic...keeping you up-to-date with weekly phone calls. My two sons love it here. I could not have asked for a better environment.
I have many students in my church that go to Riverview. They are great kids that are getting a lot of their studies.

This school is great and the teachers are pretty and nice...I mean pretty nice.No but seriously I learned a lot at that school and I will never forget all the friends I made. The school is well designed and gives a sense of safety.
We recently moved here from NJ, my son started 9th grade in RVHS. We moved to this area because of RVHS, we researched and knew it was the school we wanted our son to go to. My son likes the school and most of his teachers, but it breaks my heart that he doesn't have anyone to sit with for lunch. When he comes home and tells me he sat in the library and had water, it's just not what a parent wants to hear. I know people in Florida are very friendly but I quess at 14 it's just hard making friends. I can only hope it gets better for him, but it is a great school.
