I have 7 year old twins in this school and they have both excelled here. Both are way above their reading level. Teachers are awesome.

This is a fantastic Core Knowledge Curriculum school. It is a rare type of curriculum (research Core Knowledge, you'll love it) It has a holistic approach to learning. For ex. when the first graders learned about Egypt, they each made a clay sphinx, danced while listening to Egyptian music, made sugar cube pyramids while learning math terms, wrote in hieroglyphics and were wrapped up like mummies. Who wouldn't want to go to school? Each grade does this style of learning. Third graders do Colonial Day and make real wax candles, make their own real butter, dress and danced colonial style and so much more. The 1st & 4th graders even re-enacted the events of the Boston Tea Party. 5th graders become a wax museum. 2nd graders do Greece. They have great staff and students with dedicated families. I wish we weren't moving out of the area, my boys love it there.
