Our son has just completed his first year in Polk County Christian School as a fourth grader and has had a great experience. He has loved his teacher and learning Bible verses. I would recommend PCCS for anyone looking for a Bible-based education for your children.

I love PCCS! My daughter is a preschooler there, and she is thriving. She learns Bible stories, songs, and a myriad of other things. She loves her teacher and her friends. I would recommend PCCS to anyone who values Christian education with strong academics. I have also been a substitute teacher here and gotten to know more of the faculty and administration. They all have a heart for God and love for children.

I praise God for Polk County Christian School. Our children are thriving in their education and in the spiritual life. The grades provided at PCCS are pre-k through 8th grade.

No. I have heard of teachers setting up FB pages on areas of study so students can use technology as a learning tool. All posts are public and private messages are disabled. I won't even friend former students. I do it as a rule-no hurt feelings.

No! As an educator, I don't want to be held responsible for what students are doing outside of the classroom.

Absolutely not. Most schools offer the homework question site through the school system. They do not need to be "friends" with their students through social networking sites.
